Reach, Teach, and Care.
Our vision is to Reach everyone in the context of our ministry area with the Gospel, to Teach, or Biblically disciple, those God adds to His church, and to Care for one another as Christ Jesus cares for us. We strategically carry out this vision through the mission God has given His church. This mandated mission is known as the “Great Commission” (Matt 28:19-20, Acts 1:8), and was given to us by Jesus Christ.
We do this by evangelically reaching out to others with the Good News about God’s Son, Jesus Christ. This is done primarily through personal contacts and relationships—we tell our friends, neighbors, and coworkers how they can come to know Jesus Christ as their Savior.
We teach people the Word of God. It is our desire to bring glory in all that we do to the Triune God (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit), and so every sermon that is preached, every lesson that is taught, and every song that is sung must align with the Scripture. We must be faithful to God and to His Word. We take this very seriously and you should too.
We care for people through the various ministries of the church. We follow Christ’s example of compassion and service to others.
